Services that have already begun, been partially completed, or fully delivered (including custom designs, codes, videos, or other digital content) are strictly non-refundable. Customized services are non-returnable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before any work has started. Cancellations made after work begins may be subject to partial charges or denied based on service progress.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your final service, we may offer a free revision or credit toward another service—depending on the situation. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
